Your appointment time isn’t just a slot on our calendar — it’s time our team prepares for intentionally so we can give you the attention and care you deserve.
To protect that experience for you and every patient we serve, we’re sharing a brief overview of our scheduling process so expectations remain clear and consistent across our practice. This is the process that helps us provide the best care, and here’s what it means for you: 

🕒 Protecting Your Reserved Appointment Time
We understand that life happens. When changes are needed, we simply ask for enough notice to serve everyone well.

Running Late?

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit to stay on time for other patients.

• A $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

Need to Reschedule?

• We require two business days’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. The time reserved for your appointment represents preparation, clinical resources, and focused attention from our team. Changes made with less than 2 business days’ notice affect our ability to deliver the same level of care to others.

• Changes without sufficient notice will result in a $50 fee.

📆 When Rescheduling Becomes Frequent
If three appointments are missed or changed without appropriate notice, we may adjust future scheduling to maintain fairness for all patients. This may include:
 

• Same-day scheduling - Call us on a day you're free, and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

• Prepaid deposits - Required to schedule in advance and applied toward treatment when the appointment is kept.

• Dismissal from the practice -  In cases where scheduling continues to be a challenge.
